The Jollof Kitchen T-Shirt

$45.00 AUD - $47.00 AUD

From Olaolu Olorunnimbe, founder and chef of The Jollof Kitchen.

'Nigeria is vibrant, punchy, and unapologetic, and so is our food. To enjoy a Nigerian meal is to understand us a little more. A couple of years ago, I started the Jollof Kitchen, a project designed to celebrate the bold, joyful flavours of our cuisine and share them with Australia.

Food insecurity remains a devastating and persistent reality for many Nigerians, and my home city of Lagos is no different. Partnering with HanDo on the sale of these tees/hats is a small way for me to do some good through my passion project, and 100% of the profits will go to the Lagos Food Bank Initiative. With support from individuals and corporate donors, they create sustainable means of nutrition by establishing, supporting livestock, and crop farming programs within their selected communities.'

Graphic design elements designed by Ben McQueen and Eloise Myatt and tweaked by Hannah Dougherty for best t-shirt design.

100% of the profits from the sale of this tee will go to the Lagos Food Bank Initiative in Nigeria. With support from individuals and corporate donors, they create sustainable means of nutrition by establishing, supporting livestock, and crop farming programs within their selected communities.
